Choose your dates and pay the reservation amount from your own wallet. No account, no waiting for a desk to reply.

Airport, hotel or office. Passport and a licence held for one year are enough in every country we operate in.

Return where it suits you
Return to any desk in the same country. Under seven days of rental, relocation inside a country is free.
Rental terms
What we ask, and what you get.
The same terms apply in every country we operate in. Anything a local law adds on top is on the contract you sign at the desk.
Documents
Passport and a driving licence held for at least one year. We rent from 18; drivers aged 18 to 21 pay a young-driver surcharge. An International Driving Permit is required alongside a national licence in Thailand, Türkiye and Vietnam.
Where to return it
Any of our desks in the same country, not only the one that handed the car over. Under seven days of rental that relocation is free. Cross-border returns are not available.
Fuel
Full to full. The car leaves the desk with a full tank and comes back with one — a receipt from any station within 10 km of the desk settles it. Bring it back short and we refuel at the local pump price plus a refuelling fee.
Deposit
Blocked on a card at handover and released within three banking days after return. Cash deposits are accepted in Thailand and Georgia. The amount is on each listing.
Insurance
Full coverage with a fixed excess is included in the daily rate. A zero-excess upgrade can be added at handover. Tyres, glass and the underbody are outside the standard cover.
Late return
One hour of grace. After that a late return is charged by the hour, and past four hours it becomes another full rental day. Tell the desk before you are late and it is usually just extended.
Tolls, fines and parking
Salik, HGS and equivalent transponders are fitted and billed at cost after the rental. Traffic fines stay with the driver — we forward them with the issuing authority's own paperwork and an administration fee.
Extras
Child seats, a second driver and airport delivery are booked with the desk before handover. Smoking and pets are not allowed in any car; both carry a cleaning charge.
These are the standard terms. The contract you sign at the desk is the binding version, and a local branch may add a requirement its own law imposes.
